Hello,

This probably sounds pretty pathetic, but I am a brand new user to music software, after only playing analogue for the last 20 years.

I just purchased the Mustang I amp, managed to update the firmware, downloaded some amp presents but when I try to save them to my amp, the OK button is greyed out.

Question - is there a memory lock function on the Mustang I. If so, how do I take it off? It doesnt have a display.

Any help at this point is appreciated :)

Hi - I figured it out... it was only the one particular preset that I had saved that wasn't saving... I guess it was configured for a different amp or something, but 2 other presets worked.

Some presets dont sound very good, but others sound just brilliant. I am really happy with this.

Now I just need to figure out how to get band tracks going and I'll be set (smile)

Thanks

Hey djwald,

I"m glad you figured it out. I"m sure you'll find that you don't care for some Presets while others may blow you away. Let us know if we can be of any assistance.
