I just got my Mustang III yesterday. Having lots of fun learning. I'm not very experienced with effects, but there's nothing like a crash course to get the brain juices flowing.

I've created a preset that I think some people would be interested in. I downloaded every Dire Straits "Money for Nothing" preset from the site and wasn't happy with any of them. I like mine and would like to share it, but for some reason I can't.

In Fuse, I have confirmed that I'm listed as the author of the preset. I've confirmed that I'm logged in. I know it's connected to the internet because when I go to the Media Library, it can download a list of presets from the web. I can even surf in Fuse by clicking on Community.

When I go in to the Media Library and Right Click on my preset, I click on Upload Preset and it immediately pops up a window that says "Alert - An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later."

I've tried several times with no luck. Everything else in Fuse seems to be working fine. Just this one little hitch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mark4RonPaul.

I don't know if this will help anyone help me, but I have some more information.

The first computer I loaded Fuse on was my Windows 2008 R2 server that I use as a desktop. I thought that the problem might be some strange incompatibility issue with Fuse and Windows 2008 R2.

So, I just installed Fuse on my MacBook Pro 13 and am having the exact same problem. Is it possibly an issue with my Fuse account? Is there something I need to do on my account to allow uploads?

OK, so I called Fender tech support Friday. The Fuse support guy said they had made some changes to their server, so he tried to upload a preset and had a similar problem.

Is anyone here having trouble uploading? Maybe this is just a Fender server issue.

Mark is correct. We've made some server changes and the upload functionality seems to have been affected. We should have things running properly soon.

Looks like you guys got it figured out. It was just coincidence that my first upload attempt was during a time the server was having problems. All looks to be well now.

Thanks guys!

Yes. We've resolved the server issues. Preset uploads should now be fully functional.
