Howdy all,

pardon my ignorance if this has been a previous thread. I bought a Mustang II 2 days ago, and might I just say what an awesome amp, but my problem is that I cannot get my Ableton registered. I have the product key or serial number, but the Ableton website is not confirming my product. I can't save or export. I have contacted their support team and am waiting for their reply. Have any of ya'll had trouble with it?

so I got a response fromm Gunnar at Ableton, he says I need to register my amp with Fender Fuse in order to get my serial numbers. Well, DUH, I have done that, but there is an error message stating:

"None of your licenses can be authorized
Please check if they need verification or additional unlocks"

can I get some insight please...is there anything I may have forgotten to do?

Hey BOBROX24,

If you have your serials then you only need to create an account on Ableton's site, login, and enter the serials there. It sounds like you've done that already. Give us a call and maybe we can help you out.
