I can't figure this Fender Fuse software out at all. I read somewhere there is a place I can go on line to download other people's presets but can't find where or how to do that. Can anyone guide me thru this. Of course I wrote to fender weeks ago and got NO ANSWER!

When I bought my Mustang III I went through the same confusion, I even posted here just like you, and I found after several embarrassing posts that the answer came with the amp. I had failed to completely read the owners manual. This breed of amp is more then just turn it on and play, in fact you can do that but you'll miss a lot. Do yourself a favor read the manual in it's entirety. You'll still have some questions but you'll know where and what to ask, believe me it will save you a lot of frustration in the long run. And in the end you'll enjoy your amp so much more. like the old saying goes" When all else fails . . . read the directions"

I don't think it ships with a manual, you can download it from http://support.fender.com/manuals/softw ... nglish.pdf

You also have to register with a fuse ID (different from the community ID) to download presets and backing tracks. Then you can do it from within the software.

It does not come with a paper version, you have to open the manual from the CD I think, either way you need to read the manual. Even knowing where to go to get the presets doesn't help if you don't know what to do with it.

Pretty much all the info you need to get started can be found on the Fender FUSE Community site at http://fuse.fender.com.

Definitely read the Mustang manuals as the others have said though.

Thanks for the correction on where to find the manual Loren, after reading stuff in different places I lost track of what I read and where. I was seriously lost even going to the site until I broke down and read the manual.

Understandable. That's why our current products ship with a card in the box that directs users to that site first.
