Sounds as if this might be due to a power fluctuation eg someone switching something on (eg light, washing machine, TV) or plugging in something somewhere else (hairdryer), or just a 'natural' fluctuation with your mains voltage/current. In the US particularly, the quality & stability of mains power can vary significantly. Units such as a Furman Line Conditioner are designed to stabilise power to your amp.

Try it in a completely different location (not somewhere else in your house) & see if it does the same thing.

Rich

Hi willmodelisme,

I would suggest that you plug it in in a couple different areas in your house and see if it behaves the same way throughout. Also, it is on a circuit with appliances? If the issue continues, please send a an email. And we can assist you further.

Best Regards,
