Cool, so what are the numbers? Does it allow the amp to lean at different angles or is it for different sized amps?

I think the numbers are just for different sized amps. You can adjust the angle by how you lean the stand into the amp.

Have used a Standback for a number of years. The three point system with the foam pad infront makes it extremely secure, no chance of anything slipping or tilting. Goes right into the back of the amp when not in use. Can't speak tor this new one but don't know if I'd trust on some of the slick stages I play on. Have used with a SCXD, BDRI and DRRI. And not affiliated in anyway.

I'm not sure I would use the Hamilton Uni Stand on a hardwood floor either, but it does work great on carpet. If I was playing at other places that might have flooring other than carpet I would definitely want the standback stand. Since I mainly use the stand at my church, that isn't gonna be an issue.

I did find a limitation to the size of amp that it will work with. I have a Vox AD30VT and it is too small for the stand to work with. Since my MIII is about the same size as the Vox, it might not work with it. I will bring the stand to school on Monday and give it a try. It works great with my MIV.

Well I tried it on my MIII and it works great. Not sure, my MIII might be a little taller than my AD30VT. At any rate I'm gonna keep the stand here and use it with my MIII all the time, it's nice to shoot the speaker up and hear better. What a comcept!
