Have you uploaded your preset? If not, can you upload it and give us the link?

Scorpaeon: I would like to download your preset to my amp as well, but I don't know how. I have the USB cable but I don't know how to set the amp to receive it. Will I have to replace an existing preset? Or would this one be #101? The amp came with no instructions at all, and what I've been able to find on this website are incomplete. Fender makes beautiful equipment but they sure suck at telling you how to use it. lol Thanx!

Yes. There are only 100 presets. What some people do is backup all the original presets using FUSE (either individually, or using the 'backup' option in FUSE that saves all 100 in a single step), before overwriting anything on the amp.

If you bought it new, it should have included at least the quick-start guide.

Have you downloaded the advanced guide?
http://www.fender.com/support/articles/ ... s-manuals/

I agree (and many others on this forum say the same) that even the advanced guide has neither sufficient explanation nor detail. However, most questions have been asked / answered / figured-out by people on this forum (mostly users but occasionally Fender too) so it's worth searching, everything you could possibly want to do is probably covered here somewhere!

You don't need to do anything on the amp itself, you do it all from within FUSE - just make sure the amp is turned on, connected to your computer with USB cable, and that FUSE recognises the amp.

One of the options in FUSE is to "Save preset to amp" (or somesuch wording - I don't have FUSE handy right now to check). I think this option appears in a few places, including non-intuitively on a right-click menu in the 'library' view of presets. Once you've found this "Save preset to amp" option, the rest is obvious - you can change the preset name, and choose the preset number on the amp where you want to save it, etc.

Yeah, I figured a lot of this out by trial and error.

If you don't want to overwrite an existing preset you can save it to your computer. The easiest way I've found to do this is:

Open Fuse (make sure USB is connected) and login by clicking the "login" button at the bottom of the Fuse screen.

Now you can click on the "community" button and browse the Fuse community right in your Fuse interface. You can search for presets and download them, etc. I like to browse for presets this way, but when I'm ready to download there's a more neat and tidy method of doing it that I prefer...

Click on the "Media Library" near the top right of the Fuse screen.
Note: if your are in the Fuse community or are already in the Media Library, the Media Library button changes to "Preset Editor". So click the Preset Editor button to navigate back, then click the Media Library button.
Enter some key words in the search box or the name of a preset that you want.
Make sure the "WEB" button is selected and click "GO". Search for "hot deluxe", and my preset should pop up.
Now just right click it and select "download preset".
It will save it to a file on your computer that Fuse will recognize. It should always be in your Media Library from now on, and of course you still have the option to save it to your amp (over one of the existing presets) if you so desire.

Hope that helps.

I never liked VOX tones on any of my other mfx units but I definitely like the ones on the the Floor. I hate to say this but the Fender and VOX sims on the Floor are better than the ones on my HD500 which cost almost 3 times as much. One patch I downloaded that I really like is VOX AC30 Clean. I get why a lot of musicians like the AC30 tone now..Never did before but then again I've always been a Fender tone type of guy and never owned a VOX amp.: )

My favorite preset so far is the MSG Lead... especially thru my Michael Schenker Flying V!

My favorites are:

Preset's

Lead:
00 Liquid solo
32 Cliffs
59 Sic Delay Comp

Rhythm:
28 Swedish Metal
50 NorwayBlackMetal
67 Hey Monday Gain
These were my favorites before i started to make my own

As for user presets i still havent downloaded any that wernt made to sound like a band
but heres mine https://fuse.fender.com/mustang/presets.php/author/corpseknot/page-1/15-at-a-time/order-up

I always use SS Heavy Metal for my rhythm (i find this preset to sound like Opeth)
and 70's Marshall Metal for lead's
I'm also pretty picky on how my cleans sound so the only clean preset i use is mine

I only use my presets now but sometime i scroll through the presets to get differeant ideas
