The disc that came with my Mustang 1 has two software programs. I seem completely unable to get the numbers to make them work. I have followed the instructions on the Fender Fuse site but I cannot find the "Add Amplifier" button on the dropdown menu, it just says "Mustang". Then there is no green button to click in order to obtain the numbers. As far as I can see the instructions just don't work.
Clearly I am doing something wrong, but WHAT?

Somebody please help!
Thanks

It would probably be better to post this in the Mustang amplifier section of the Forum, you'll get more responses.

Also, if it's third party software, you should call the software's manufacturer.

I hope you figure out your problem...welcome to the Forum, by the way.

You don't obtain the numbers with a green button. I got the Ableton Live installed with no problem (I think I found the number on a card in the box with the amp), but I'm not finding the serial number for the Amplitube anywhere.

Can anyone give me a hint as for as where to find the Amplitube serial number? Is it in a manual? Is it on its own separate card, or on a card with something else, like the registration card? I've looked through everything that came with the amp but I can't find it. Clue, anyone?

And BTW I really doubt that the answer can be had by "calling the third party manufacturer". They made the software, but they didn't pack the codes in the Mustang box, that was Fender's responsibility.

But as far as entering the serial number (once you have it), you can just do that by installing the Amplitube software. Then, every time you try to run the software, it will ask you to type in the serial number, which it says "You can find ... on the registration card inside the license envelope that is included with your IK Multimedia product." License envelope??? Seriously? Can anybody be more specific?

Thanks in advance for any help anybody can offer?
