I have a mustang V head with a line 6 spider III 4x12 cab and i just hooked up my mustang V head to fuse software. I tweaked my american 90's amp model before without fuse with the pre stompbox compressor and my tone was good but a little muddy sounding but now that i am using fuse i put the compressor(rack type) in the post position and now my mustang sounds fantastic! a huge difference in tone and loudness! You must lower the level first on the compressor to 0 and then raise it to no more then 25% or a 9:00 position because if you do not you may blow out your speakers or damage your mustang amp. I do not even have the compressor turned on because it sounds good that way for me, just by having the compressor in the effects chain and in the post position will improve your tone.
