Thanks Biddy for the tip.

By the way when i upgraded to Ableton Light 8.2.5 i got an offer to upgrade to the full Ableton Live for 50%. Nice.

I bought my Mustang I a year ago. Best amp I ever owend.

But the the best thing with my purcase was not the Mustang I - but the Ableton Live Light Fender Edition.

I have bumped into the name Ableton Live a lot through the years in different forums and i thought it was just another sequencer.

then when i got a chance to use it for free with my Mustang purchase i installed it on my PC.

At first it was very confusing and unlike any musik software i have. I can usyally learn a music software without a manual. But not with Ableton. As i coudent get anything decent out of the program i decided to get a go at it at another time in my life. Usually meaning never.

then i stumbled on a post in this forum with a link to a few Ableton learning videos. And they really got me going in Ableton. And i must say that it nearly has changed my life and the way that i make music.

Its so easy to get a new idear going. The most quick idear intense program beside Pg musics RealBand.

You can use it with your lapptop as a looper (much cheaper and better than a hardware looper) and hundreds other things. The only thing i miss is a 64 bit version. mabye it will come in version 9. There is a lot of crap DJ loops and electronic sounds i dont like. I am a straight rock guy. So i have cleaned all none rock loops of my installation.

I am thinking of buying an Akai APC20 controller that is made specially for Ableton Live. Se link. This F....ing program really made my life 50% funnier.

Of course you can also use Ableton Live to just simply record your guitar playing.
