Hi,

I am playing the guitar for a couple of weeks now and I recently bought the Mustang I amp. Great piece of equipment but I have trouble finding a "clean" distortion. Maybe it is due to the lack of experience with either the guitar or the amp. I find the metal-sounds from the amp to be too unclear, 'noisy' (hope you know what I mean).

Example: I am currently practicing 'Enter Sandman' based on the following youtube lesson:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLNa90-nzW0

The distortion in the vid is much clearer than the one I am able to squeeze out of the Mustang (even with the fender fuse software).

So can someone give me some advice on how to 'improve' the distortion? To get a solid metal powersound?

Tnx!
