Hi Guys n Gals, I'm having a small problem. I went to the Fuse site and downloaded some presets for my Mustang III. I can't figure out how to get them transferred to the amp. I got them in to a window from the computer to fuse but I can't figure out how to get it into the amp for some reason . . . can anyone lend me a hand? Thanks in advance

If you download it correctly to your (media library window) then plug your amp in to your pc via the USB port chord they provided you with ...it shen should say in the lower left portion of your video screen for the (virtual amp) 'amplifier is connected'.

Once you have established this, then find the preset you want to download from your media library and right click on it, it then will give you the option to (download to your amp). Click download to amp and it will provide another small screen that will ask you what channel # on your amp that you would like to save it to.

Good luck :)

The problem that I'm having is that I downloaded it to my computer. I open the file where the preset is stored and get it to come up in the window on the left that has "new" "open" "import" "save and "delete under it but I don't know how to get it to the amp from there. I've moved some presets around in the fuse library so I know how to do that but getting one off the computer is proving to be elusive.

Sounds like you are in the Wrong frame..does this frame have a picture of a 'virtual amp'?? If so, you are in the wrong place. Look up to the right on the frame and you will see 'Media Library' click on that and then you will be in the next frame..then click on 'computer' which is at the top next to 'amp and web' All your saved presets should come up. Your amp should be plugged into your USB port and ready to reveive a preset. Right click on the preset and it will say 'download to amp'. :)

The firmware upgrade process doesn't happen 'automatically' - just being connected to the computer won't start it.

While connected, go to the Utilities menu in Fuse : there is an "Update Firmware" item on that menu.

Select the source of the update file when asked, and away you go - should take no more than a couple of minutes !
