As everybody knows, 1 tricky thing about Mustang 1 and 2 is you have to use Fuse to adjust the mids.
Could this be corrected in a firmware update (pressing exit + treble knob could adjust mids for example) ? Or is there any hardware limitation ?

Just a suggestion.
Have a good day

Certainly a great idea, although it does perhaps start to break down the product differences that no doubt help Fender to market and sell the bigger amps.

This sounds like such a good idea, I gotta bump this up. Also, it would be great to be able to adjust Presence in a similar way, but adjusting Mid would be plenty.

Oh, I don't think that's true at all. Having an actual midrange knob you can just grab and twist is still a pretty good advantage over a button + knob combo. In addition, the extra power and better speakers that the more expensive amps have aren't going to become insignificant just because Fender gives the lower end models the ability to adjust a couple of parameters previously only available in Fuse. I like the idea of holding down the "Exit" button to adjust "hidden" parameters. E.G. "Exit" + "Treble" to adjust "Presence" and "Exit" + "Bass" to adjust the Mids. I like it... I like it a lot.

The OP's idea is a clever one, and I was quite careful to say "start to break down the product differences" - of which the on-amp mid knob is of course only one among many.

I was simply noting that reduced product differentiation equals reduced potential for a price premium for Fender - or any other maker - which makes those kinds of changes to any smaller, cheaper amp as much a marketing decision as a technical one.

Indeed. It's always a balancing act isn't it.
