Hey,

I still get noise after a while recording..must be a ASIO driver problem.Only changing the Buffers size fix it...for 10 minutes....
So, DEAR fender Guys...when will we get a NEW ASIO driver..maybe one that works better ?

Hey Birddy,

Those are strange symptoms. Have you tried ASIO4ALL?

@ Birddy

ASIO4ALL is worth a shot but I don't think that's your problem ... I think it's your sound card. What you describe is common behavior with certain hardware when used with ASIO. For example, it's common on lots of Realtek onboard sound setups because many of them are not ASIO compliant.

When I started out with Amplitube products I initially tried using my Realtek onboard sound setup. Within a few minutes of use I'd pick up lots of static, pulses etc. I could get rid of the problem just by clicking setup ... I didn't actually have to change any settings ... but the problem always reoccurred a few minutes later.

Once the cause was diagnosed I moved to an external audio interface and have had exactly zero problems since.

Whatever you use for a sound setup it must be ASIO compliant.
