Give this a try,get a 3.5mm stereo male to male stereo rca cable and you should be able to hook it up to your mixers stereo rca tape inputs.

The correct answer is this.

This question is entirely different in context.

The answer here is resoundingly a Yes but it is arguably not the best way to get your guitar sound through a 200 watt PA system.

Asking the right question, is pretty important... if you want the right answer.

The advantages of running a balanced XLR to an open slot on the mixer far outweighs anything you are trying to do going into a line in. What are you trying to accomplish or avoid? Get you a nice SM-57 or E-609 out it in front of the amp so you are mic'ing what is coming out of the speaker and then control it at the mixer as to where you want it to go and being able to EQ for the mix.

I gig with a Mustang V paired with a stereo 2x12 cab and I always just have the sound guy mic it up. I've made several recordings off the board and the mustang really sounds fantastic with that simple setup. If I had something like an Fractal Axe Fx, I'd consider going direct since the Axe Fx provides XLR line level outs that are tailored-made for a PA system - the Mustangs are simply not adequately equipped for such a connection... just mic it!
