I have a Mustang II. I don't have the footswitch. But whenever I select the '65 Twin on amber bank, the footswitch light comes on red. And whenever I select American 90's on the green bank, the footswitch light comes on green. It happens with only these presets. I have not done any tweaking of the presets at all yet. Any explanation for this phenomenon?

Those are just the default footswitch preset assignments for if you did have a footswitch set up. You can also modify which ones it is assigned to without a footswitch hooked up (hitting "save" button when it's not lit on the preset you want to assign if I remember right). I don't have a footswitch either but mine light up on same. It's normal.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Redd. Maybe the lights are beckoning us to buy footswitches.
