Drag drop presets with automatic renumbering of adjacent presets.

I still own a Digitech RP255 multieffects/modeler. Its Fuse equivalent is called X-Edit.
Within XEdit I have the ability to drag and drop presets to new locations. Very similar to moving files on a computer.

I can drag preset 50 in between 7 & 8 and it will become the new #8. The previous #8 becomes 9 and so on up the line.

I find this helpful because I like to move favorite high number presets to more useful lower locations but I'm afraid to overwrite the one previously their just in case its helpful in the future. This solve that problem for me.

Does anyone else like this idea?

Yes, I think a lot of people like that idea. There's a "Customer Wishlist" thread in the FUSE section of the forum, check it out:

I also have an RP250, and the X-edit interface is very nice. Fender did an fantastic job making a "next generation" modeling amp, I was really hoping that FUSE would be like a next generation X-edit. Don't get me wrong, I like FUSE, its just missing some features that would make it great.

Hey mrgscales,

That has been one of the most requested features. As soon as we can implement that feature, rest assured that it will be there.

Thanks for the replies. I checked out the other thread, and items 1&3 covered my request nicely.

Thanks
