Hi to all,

This is a whole new world to me so be gentle please.

I just bought a new Mustang I to use with my Strat so I can learn to play, I installed Fuse and connected the Amp to my Laptop no problem. Fuse software connected to Amp, I started to play around and found that when I try and download Band Tracks nothing seems to happen? From within Fuse I click on Media Libray, Web then see the list of Band Tracks and Presets I could download. I select a Band Track, Right Click on it, then click on "Download Band Track" then nothing happens?

If I go the other way round through the Community I get to the point where I am given a button to click on to download the Band Track, I can then see the overall rating of the Track and another button to click to download. Now a window opens asking me where to save the WAV file. Ive saved to default location and tryed other locations on my Hard Drive but nothing ever seem to lownload? I have my own WAV and MP3 files I loaded into My Documents folder and they show up in Fuse and play, I also had a problem where WAV files did not always play?

At this point in time I seem to be able to download "Presets" OK.

Also I login when I start Fuse and when I go to the Community I also login, as I thought that might be the problem??? I have no Fiewall enabled.

Hopefully you can understand what I have explained and you can offer some help.

Many Thanks in advance

Hey Tryme,

Welcome to the Fender forums. When you select a Band Track to download in the Media Library, do you notice a progress bar at the bottom of the window, above the Community button? Also, logging into the Fender FUSE software should log you into the FUSE Community site as well. What version of Fender FUSE do you have installed?
