It started when I uploaded a new preset I created as number 101 by mistake and it just went straight to 99 I tried to upload a new preset on 100 and it took off the other one and now is also 99 so yeah is there any way to fix this? Thank you!

00-99 is what is available (100 preset slots). You have to write over existing to save your custom settings. No 100+ option. Any custom made preset will write over whatever number your amp has dialed in at the moment so be sure to flip to a numbered preset you don't like.

Once you overwrite an existing preset, is it possible to reset all of it to default? I'd like to know this because i intend to get one of these amps in future.
