The Fender universal ASIO driver and ASIO4ALL are similar applications you should use either one of them not both (i prefer ASIO4ALL).
The reason to use these drivers is to use a different input and output device which you can not normally do but in this case you have to because your amp can not playback over USB.
The "Beyond Logic" status probably indicates the device is in use which could very well be because you use the Fender universal ASIO driver and ASIO4ALL and they both are trying to "talk" to the device.
So you have to choose which one to use (Fender universal ASIO driver or ASIO4ALL) and it does not really matter which one as they are very much alike, even so that it looks like the Fender universal ASIO driver is based on ASIO4ALL.
Then you have to configure the driver you have chosen to use the right input (Mustang) and output (Sigma) devices and stay away from the other driver to avoid the "in use" issue, you might need to reboot to "free" the device.

Just a quick update and a thank you to all that tried to help.It was much appreciated.I solved my problem,it turned out that I needed a driver update from Dell that evidently didn't occur automatically.I downloaded it and everything worked as it should.

Been going through the same thing all day and finally got something working. Will try that "enable" devices thing but I think that was okay. The only problem now is that I had to crank the Mustang uo to volume 9 to raise the green LED on Ableton audio track to about a 6.

I tried so many things not sure what flipped the switch ... maybe it was cranking the amp to 9. So now I know I am just a hair away from nailing this.

I don't know if cranking the volume to 9 helps any,but I did find out that in order to monitor through Ableton instead of the Mustang I had to turn the master volume to 0 on the amp.
