this works good for me:
I set up 10 pre-sets for my fender guitar
10 pre-set for my Hamer and 10 for my slide.
then I use a dB meter to set all pre-sets to about the same volume...
then I go back and tweak them by ear.

when I go into a new bar, I play my guitar on my clean pre-set.
then I use the Speaker Choice option to EQ the amp to the sound of the room.
then I change each pre-set to that Speaker Choice..
some pre-sets have to be tweaked but this has always worked as a way to get the amp to sound good in any room. ( since each room is different.)
you might have to mess with the Delays and Gain a bit but not like before.
I hope this works for you guys... jmb

Try any of the above with a Dumble, Trainwreck or Two Rock.
