Yes, Vintagevibe, via FUSE the I and II have access to all the same 12 amp models and associated effects as the bigger amps, and can also load all of the 100 factory presets that come with those larger amps. A single download of those 100 presets can be found by searching this forum.

Hey Guys,

The FUSE functionality of these amps is all the same. The reason being that if you create a Preset on a Mustang IV, you can open it in FUSE and save it to a Mustang I without any change to the settings and sound of the Preset.

Keep in mind the II is also much lighter for taking to gigs, and slightly smaller.
