Is it possible to get a driven blues tone, such as you would get from a Marshall BB or BOSS BD, using the Overdrive pedal in Fuse with one of the model amps, maybe the 57 deluxe or Champ?

I use the Bassman for two presets. One uses the compressor to get a little extra drive, the other uses the distortion pedal for some harder edge. I use the footswitch to switch either stompbox on or off to go from clean (don't have much gain dialed into the bassman) to dirty. Of course you could set up two patches next to each other and have the Bassman with low gain for clean and then a Bassman with high gain to dirty it up.

I was going to suggest using the '65 Deluxe Reverb for that...it really overdrives very nicely, and I think it would respond well to using the Stomp Overdrive in Fuse, though I've not tried it. I find I get a nice SRV-ish tone just turning up the gain enough on that model.

The bassman, tweed or champ might work for that, too, but I find the DR to have a smoother tone that I prefer.

+1 love the 65 Deluxe Reverb model.

Thanks Guys, I will have a look this weekend. I was looking to buy a blues pedal, but hey, why bother when you have all these fantastic amps modelled.

Played a gig last weekend with my new Fulltone Fat Boost into the clean channel of my BDRI. Tone heaven. Wish they would put a boost pedal into Fuse.

I use the behringer to800 overdrive pedal with my mustang v and it sounds real good with many of the fender amp models,i use it with preset 20 bassman clean(i think this is a original preset i did not rename) and after some minor tweaks i can get it pretty close to a SRV type tone and if you tweak the overdrive in fender fuse it can also sound good for blues tones but i like the behringer to800 better(sounds like the ibanez tube screamer),the behringer to100 also sounds real good for SRV and other good blues tones, these pedals are only 30.00 each, well worth the price.
