Hello all.
Just joined the forum after having gotten a Mustang I and loving it! :D

I've been mulling over an idea of mine and wanted to hear everyone's take on it. It occurs to me that using the Fuse software, one can access all the presets in the amp at will. I'm wondering if it would be possible for Fender to create a USB connected pedal board that would allow the user the same access to the presets. What do you guys think? Thanks.

O

Welcome to the Forum.. !!... I don't know why people who have been here longer than myself could have missed that part....

Great Idea.... But judging by the response time of their current "4 pedal switch"... I wouldn't count on it... They could really learn a lot from the Boss Gt series of pedals... :) in regards to pedals that is.. :)

Thanks. Yes, they could learn a thing or two from Boss but the reverse is equally true. Boss could learn a thing or two about simplicity and signal routing implementation where it counts. The Post Gain (Pre-Cab Sim) effects capabilities offer a HUGE tonal advantage over Boss's integrated Preamp/Cab Sim module. I really truly believe that as flexible as they are, the GTs are hamstrung by that module.
