That depends because when i first hooked up my mustang v head to my line 6 spider 4x12 8 ohm per channel stereo cab i got a rapid loud popping sound(i thought i had a defective head)but the problem was the way the stereo input jacks were wired(they were not true stereo!)to test your marshall cab put your switch in the stereo position and if you have a multi-tester set your meter to ohms and make sure each input measures 8 ohms(use the speaker cables that came with your mustang head)and plug both in each of the speaker cab inputs, and now for the most important test!set your multi-tester to continuity and make sure you hear no audio tone when you test both of the speaker cables for continuity,to do this put one of the test lead wires from your multi-tester to the - or sleeve of the 1/4" jack to the left side of your speaker cable and do the same for the other test lead from the multi-tester to the right side of your speaker cable, now do this same procedure for the + or tip of the 1/4" jack on the end of each speaker cable, there should be no audio tone or continuity between the left and right speaker cables.to fix my problem i had to put in two new mono 1/4" jacks with each side wired in true stereo,- + wired to the left side top and bottom speakers only and - + wired to the right side only top and bottom speakers.

Grey looking at that pic I would not use it mono due to the ohm 4 or 16 but if there is no continuity between the stereo jacks then you can hook it up in stereo a cord in each jack rated at 8 ohm.
That's difinitely a different wiring arrangement

I'm not too familiar with that kind of wiring setup but I see no reason why it wouldn't work. Just make sure the switch is set to stereo and both speaker outs are connected. Connecting just one speaker lead isn't advised in your case.

Just set your cab to stereo mode and connect both left and right speaker outputs on the MV head to the left and right inputs on the cab. The MV head is only 75W per channel. It will work just fine
