Man I wish more kids now would take that to heart, I started playing when I was 13, I am now 25 and I would have never traded any of that time to play computer games or playstation or something, I now have a useable skill in life :P

How is the Mustang V treating you? and are you using the head and cab or just the cab. My next purchase is going to be a new half stack and I was thinking about the Mustang V after all the great stuff my Mustang III has to provide.

Glad I could give some encouragement. As I said. I grew up playing music for fun. Now I'm too old and beat up to be employable. But I can still make money playing. I absolutly love the mustang v head and cab. One draw back however is that you have to use the 412 cab. The head has a right and left output. Same for the cab. But the speakers are flame throwers. Never had an amp push so much sound for the money. Not only do I play guitars through the amp, but fenders notorious clean sound alows me to play madolins, fiddles, and miced bagpipes. And for the gizmo orientated musician. You could spend years creating new sounds on it. Plus I paid a lot of money for effects pedals. Most of which I'm going to sell . Really cuts down on setup and tear down. No matter how big the stage there is never enough room to move. Till now.
