Hi!
For gigs, were may a box is available I´d like to use this box instead of my original fender mustang 4X12. But how could I do that, if the available box is just a mono one? Could I use the Mustang V Head with just the right output, or shall I better use something like a load box (something like a resistor, which would simulate the resistance of the box)?
I hope you can help me. :)
Best Wishes.
Philipp

Just use the LEFT out into a mono box. However, if you are using any Stereo Effects your sound is going to be a good bit different. I'l adjust any stereo effect to ALL LEFT and re-tweek the sonund. I'll really not do this but if you want to - that's how I'd do it.

With Solid State amps you don't have to be as careful with the Ohm loads as you do with tube amps. the sound will be a little different but you won't blow u the amp!

If you use something that alternates L/R speakers, i.e. ping pong - you will be missing 1/2 the signal -

The Mustang V will support 8 ohms per side. You can use a box that has an 8 ohm total load connected to just one side. You'll lose any stereo sound as mentioned previously.

Yes. The Mustang V, has two output jacks, L and R. Each one can handle an 8ohm load.

Can you list which effects use stereo? Do all the choruses use it for example? Phaser?

Thanks,
Josh
