My fuse is working great and when I sign in and try to download a band track it shows a location . I have tried a usb flash drive and the computer and fuse folder. As I read the heading band tracks for G-dec3. I have re set to mustang on the amp in the upper right corner. And tried leaving it set to g-dec3 . I did right click on the downloads from the web for amp presets and they load fine. Tried the downloads for band track from community and web . I up dated firmware and it took just fine. I have read everything on the support pages and forums. The band track downloads from community seam to try to start the green download sign shifts a little. Regards Horton

Hey Horton,

You may want to update your Flash player. It seems like they download properly through the FUSE Media Library but not through your browser, is that correct?

Thanks Loren I will try that. I thought today at work maybe they save to the amp. But if I send them to The usb flash drive is that OK. I can save in my doc. music but trying to use a removable type of drive. Horton

Loren if you check this index. I did up grade my flash player. after signing in and re setting to mustang amp from g-dec and selecting a band track. I get all the way to download and it seams to be ready to connect. On the bottom of the download window it says (waiting for audio fender .com) I have let it set like that for over 5 mins and it never connects to audio fender. Horton

Are you able to download using the your browser instead of FUSE? Try going to http://fuse.fender.com and downloading a Band Track or Preset from there.
