I'll try and offer some help...

First, just to cover all the bases, I'll repeat the info from this page:

Fender FUSE must be installed on an account with administrative rights. If you are not an administrator, please do not attempt to install Fender FUSE.

Minimum System Requirements:

* Pentium III 1.4 GHz Processor, 512 MB of Ram
* 1GB Free Hard Drive Space
* Minimum Video Resolution of 1024x768
* Windows XP SP3 / Windows Vista / Windows 7
* Internet Explorer 7.0 or later
* Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or later (included in Fender FUSE installer)
* Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 or later (included in Fender FUSE installer)

Installation Instructions:

1. Download Fender FUSE 2.1.0.8 for Windows.
2. If asked whether to Run or Save, click Save.
3. Double-click the installer to run the Fender FUSE installation. Make sure you have closed any previous versions of Fender FUSE before running the installer.
4. Follow the on screen prompts to install Fender FUSE.
5. After installing Fender FUSE 2.1.0.8, please disconnect and reconnect the amp's USB cable.

Next , here is some info on NSIS errors:

http://www.tipandtrick.net/2008/nsis-error-and-cannot-or-unable-to-open-and-install-setup-installer/

I would recommend that you clear your browser's cache before re-downloading.

I've installed Fuse on XPsp3 but when I go to launch the programme from the Programme's Menu I get a momentary flash of blue background with the words to the effect "loading please wait" then a black window and....that's it.Can anyone point me in the right direction as to fixing this problem please?

Hey Guys,

GT George - Glad you got it working. Usually, a black screen is a dead giveaway that an old version of IE is installed.

Tilemanjay - I'm not exactly sure what you're saying but it seems like you're getting an NSIS error? That is a common error that is usually caused by a corrupt download. Try clearing your cookies and cache or try downloading from another browser or computer.

In the future, you may want to contact us directly for assistance before you resort to hair pulling.
