I just acquired Mustang II - really like it as a practice amp - much nicer tone than (12" !) than my previous practice amp Vox DA5. So I was wondering if perhaps getting Mustang III to use as a backup amp might be a good move. For rehersals and live playing I use 212 old Yamaha 100W amp - very clean and very loud - and I run pedalboard with wah, compressor, couple ODs, delay and chorus into it. I head that people had issues with fuzz pedal in front of Mustang but what about other pedals? ODs that I use are Wampler Pinnacle and Underdog - rather mild ones. Cheers, JT

Run a Barber Tone Press always on. Dano Transparent OD usually on gain at 0 just for a boost. OCD on alot, drive at around 10 oclock, Bad Monkey with drive at around 2 oclock when I really want some overdrive.

No issues at all, all perform as with my all tube amps.
