Whenever I turn up the sound of my Fender Mustang I amplifier it stops reacting to anything and starts making a loud humming noise. The problem first occured today and I haven't managed to get rid of it. So might there be something broken, what's the humming noise and what should I do about it? :(

Any help is appreciated.

If I understood correctly it works until you turn up volume? weird. What happens when you hook it to FUSE? Does FUSE recognize the amp or it stops responding?

No, it doesn't work at all and I'm not familiar with FUSE yet since I just bought this amp. Could it solve my problem?

Try the firmware update.. if it still hums ..try a different guitar cable and guitar ..if no other guitar try with the new cable and touch the end while you turn it up .. if it stps reacting again ..bring it in for repair or exchange ..could be a lose speaker wire or who knows ..but let them deal with it since its under warranty.

That doesn't sound like anything we've seen so far. Give us a call and maybe we can help you get going.
