So it is with mine.

Two tele-style guitars, the one with a hot bucker seems to overload the input of a super sonic preset with amp gains at half . The somewhat lower output tele sounds like a dream through the same preset.

A similar issue arises with my scxd . The lower output guitar into a boost pedal on min setting into one of the gain voicings creates a sound no human should ever bear . While the scxd's chan.1 is made for pedals & why it's a keeper.

How about you ?

I've wondered about this. My tele (schecter tele actually) has a split coil in the bridge - it sounds wonderful in split mode, full 'bucker not so much. On my old CyberDeluxe there was a "Trim" control to adjust for differences in signal strength. Without such a control, I'm wondering how the Mustangs adapt...

I put a clean booster in the effects loop to cut or boost the volume between guitars or pick ups... works good and and just leaving it on, improves the sound a lot....has to been a CLEAN booster no distortion..jmb
