Well I'm glad to know that all presets share the same data structure and thus are share-able between all mustang amps! That's very good news for all of us Mustangs amps lovers!

Now enough bla-bla and let's rock the thing out!

Is that when you install then via Fuse ?, i also got that message but if you look it does install the preset and it works even though an error message comes up for some.

Quick question from me, just a curiousity thing really, and other folk reading with I/1I's might be interested.

I know prior to even trying these presets people mentioned they had the new amp models that came pre loaded on III/IV/V available to them in fuse on I and II, what about effects?

based off comparision chart here:
http://www.fender.com/en-GB/products/mu ... arison.php

Say you load up the factory preset I upped called hmmm finds one with new effects:
New School Shred,

Should have pedals "Sine Chorus" and a ping pong delay. you getting those pedals or are they getting subsituted for other chorus/delay pedals?

I'll up the missing ones over the next day or so, gona have a play play when I get in tonight though did'nt last night, bulk tagging / bulk downloading from amp / bulk uploads would be a cool feature to have in Fuse.

Anyway better get back to work.

Rob

Fuse gives you access to those pedals as well. I have those on my mustang I.

YOU ARE THE MAN ROB!!!!!!!!! The pain it was downloading all 76 I can only imagine how much time it took you to upload them. Shame on Fender for not just putting them up, but I can see where they're trying to make it a benefit to buying a new amp so whatever. But Rob you are now a hero to all MI/II owners who are tired of searching hundreds of user generated presets that claim to be something they aren't even close to. The twelve I really wanted from the MIII are the "Basic" preset for each amp model. Fender dialed in sort of the classic setup for each probably better than anyone else will. I'm real happy with these and it's added hour and hours of fun for me so thanks again. What an awesome community this is becoming. I hope Fender continues what they started with these amps. More models, more effects, more content. I'll be pulling my credit card out for sure!

Rob is the man!

Ryan

Rob

New School Shred opens up with the American 90's amp and sine chorus modulation and pingpond delay :)

Thanks for uploading these ...you are a star :)

I made an Excel spreadsheet of all the presets that Rob sent us.

http://www.4shared.com/file/VUR-BZBV/Mustang_I-II-III-IV-V_Preset_L.html

"Orange", the presets are already existing on the Mustang I and II.

In "yellow" are those that Rob had to forget to put in Fuse.

Rob thank you for this great job.

you were right and I was wrong about the amps included in the Mustang I. Not as easy as twisting a knob to get to them, but I have a G-DEC 30 and am familiar with Fuse. What a deal, I am a happy camper.

Thanks Rob for the presets. I have tried some and they work!

No problem. I have two of the older G-DEC 30's myself so I know what you are saying.

Yep. Rob's our hero :!:

I'm not finding any of these on Fuse. Is it possible Fender is pulling these down?

How are you guys finding them?

UPDATE: Nevermind. I am now just searching the "WEB" preset instead of hitting the "Community" button at the bottom. Searched for "Mustang III" and got 'em all!

Thanks for the file, Jeannot41!

This is a good way to keep track of which is for each amp.

And a big thanks to Rob for the uploads. Really appreciate it!

Hi guys,

Glad it's all working on I/II, including the pedals that's great. I'll up the three missing ones some time this evening thanks to Jeannot41 saved me a job of identifying which I missed.

bit off topic:
Had more of a play with the amp last night only the second time infront of the stang.

Really really.. liking it but has anyone managed to get a really good Slash AFD tone going yet? I tried a bit last night granted didnt put a huge amount of time into it, but what ever I did felt a bit fizzy to me.

Got a total bang on AFD patch for GR4 but would like to step away from guitar rig alltogether and just use tha mustang. Love the idea of just using the amp and stepping away from the mac book pro once I have presets all sorted I have enough of bloody computers during the day (work in IT)

Cleans/crunch/bluesy tones on this thing are just plain awesome just not convinced 100% yet on the marshally dirt.

Was sat with the mrs last night so was using Dr Dre Studio Headphones which are powered quality phones but they do enversize bass quite allot, might not of helped but there fine on GR4 and cleans etc as previously mentioned were totally ACE! looking forward to having a good mess on over the weekend.

On Slash tone nearly bought that AFD100 at one point last month but would of been a credit card job I aint rockafella so talked myself out it did look a quality bit of kit tho :P

anyway sorry for dropping off topic but if anyone does have a great AFD patch hook me up :)

Rob
