I have not been able to find the extra 76 presets that are on the Mustang III,IV,V on the Fuse website. I played with alot of these at Guitar Center the other day and they sound really good. Is there anyway someone could put them in a .zip file for Mustang I/II users to download, or could Fender just add them to Fuse please.

Thanks.

P.S. I love this amp!

Here's a thought.........Fender replied to the first three threads and not this one........If it were possible,l they would have said that you must have been looking in the wrong spot.............here they are! but they didn't

Probably don't want to turn off prospective purchasers of I/II

The info on the Fender site is clearly different in regards to amps modeled between I/II/III. Modeled amps..........is.......different than presets or the ability to make and edit presets. If in fact I/II modeled the same amps as III they would have said so.

The modeler is located in the amps, not Fuse, my experience with the G-DEC III says you can't edit something that isn't there in the first place. For example the G-DEC III has models for blackface and tweed, saying nothing about Deluxe or Twin, or Champ or Bassman. You can tune them so they more closely approximate on or the other, but that is just an edited "model" but not dedicated modeling if you follow me.

Now I may not be right, and if I not I'll send them a valentines card but there is a reason why they say 24 presets rather than modeled. It you look at the top of the I you will see 8 hard wired models time three for clean, crunch, or insane or some such edited presets.

This is not to say that they are bad amps, but my guess is that they are different chips.

I guess I must be slow but I don't understand the point of your post.

Yes it shows the presets for III/IV/V and I would guess models (column is unlabeled)
and yes these are the ones they say are modeled, but what about the models/ presets for the I/II and the corresponding models. I can't find it.

The eight modeled amps are painted on the top of the I/II but they do not include all the models listed in your attachment.

Please explain

I hate to be presumptuous but I believe he mean't where can he download the actual presets included with the Mustang III that aren't included with the Mustang I/II so he can upload the precise settings to Fuse and then use them on his Mustang I/II. For example, how can he use Fuse to in stall the Modeled amp for say 57 Champ on his AMP.

I should have said link, not attachment...........sorry

Yes, I KNOW what he wants, so do I. That listing is all we have that I know of... All it really takes is someone with a MIII, IV or V to upload them to the Fuse site, right? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I'd rather see the fender folks put them on the fuse site.

No.............I don't believe it is possible for the very reasons I stated above.

Where did you see that it was possible?

As I said there is a difference between presets and "hardwired" models.

One more try..........you cannot get the presets for the Mustang III to work on I/II unless they share the same models, 57 Champ is a modeled amp not a preset............ and I doubt you can get it to work on your AMP

LOL, guess what dude. The MI amd MII's have all the models the bigger amps have. Fuse gives the MI and MII user an interface to all 12 models. The models are defined in the firmware not hardwired.

Yes, I am right. I have the 57 champ, Princeton, 65 deluxe and bassman models on my Mustang I. You may need to read up on fuse.

Yep I have the Princeton, Champ, Deluxe on my MII also. They are not on the amp out of the box but when you plug the amp into your computer and fender fuse you have access to them and can load them on your MI and MII.

But I think the OP is asking if the presets like "country deluxe", etc that come preloaded on the III, IV, and V are available from fender to put on the M I and M II. I think you can put them on there but I don't know if they are on the fuse comunity yet. I bet fender can answer that if they will chime in.

yeah come on MIII owners. someone upload one of these so I can test it. I'm sure they work as the Fuse software was created for all five models to use. I doubt they are different in anyway. In fact I would guess Fender modeled some of them after presets users already posted. But I did play with a few on the MIV at Guitar Center that I really liked so it would be great for a lazy guitarist like me to not have to recreate them on my MII. Help a brutha out!
