If you have Mod, reverb, and delay, you will have to save the mod to the Modulation effects knob and the reverb and delay to the Dly/Rev knob. Option to save just the reverb, just the delay, or both.

Are you sure you saved the wah to the mod knob? When I do what you did, it only allowed saving the tremolo, even though it was turned off.

I think I understand now... so the [Save Effect] disappears (I never even seen that or payed attention to it) ... I haven't had that problem ...I always just right-click and choose save to Amp slot or I hit (Save) on the Amp itself which saves the effects, modeling and so forth or if I save to a (Computer) file ..I always click (SAVE) top left beside (IMPORT) which saves my effects, etc ... Maybe I should start using that though, its there for a reason... I guess. Anyways, sounds like a small bug they'll need to work out.

I was describing how to save just the effects to the 12 effects slots on the amp, not the amp model presets. It allows me to have a bank of 8 amp presets with no effects. I am then able to use the 12 effects(that I created) available on the amp to customize on the fly. A lot of different tones to be had and great fun finding them. When I find a combo I really like, I save it to one of the other presets. Unfortunately, there are more effects in Fuse than Effect slots on the amp.

Oh so that's what that (Save Effects) does ... I was wondering ..cause people asked about that in the past ..and I never knew it was possible either ..but I thought/hoped there was a way of saving the effect pedal/rack to use on the fly for other Amp models.

I'll have to try that myself. Beats trying to dial it in exact ... I'm still learning .. although
a little confused still .. weird I never clicked on that before.

That is correct. There are only slots for Mod/Delay and Reverb on the amp. You can still add/remove other effects using Fender FUSE, of course.
