That shouldn't happen... Have you updated your firmware to 1.6.0 ? - if not, try that
first, make sure to download the 1.6.0 and within fuse, dont pick bundled, choose the one below it. Hopefully it helps, else, least your updated and one of the Fender guys
can help further.

Hey Finnydog,

Definitely update your firmware and let us know if that resolves anything.

Updated to latest firmware .

Amp still disconnects from Fuse when red preset selected on amp.
Any suggestions?
Believe I have gone past return time limit at local shop.
Like the amp but feel I am being jipped out of eight customizeable presets
Any thoughts or solutions are greatly appreciated

Try this - Turn your Amp off, then Hold down the [Exit] button while turning it back on and wait 5 seconds then release the [Exit] button - Factory reset in case one of the
saved (red) presets is causing some foo-bar and I believe you have a 5 yr warranty, it just for returns they mean 30 days or whatever... but if there nice enough they will exchange it if it hasn't been much longer then the return date. Good luck.
