Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this little amp, and have had nothing but good times with it playing "the Star-Spangled Banner" and "Bridge of Sighs" with the "Jimi's Marshall" pre-set (that one's a winner)- I even discovered that the tuner will, indeed, tune me down a half-step if I want.

At 20 watts this little bastard SINGS when it's dimed, giving me gloriously musical feedback and shaking the windows in my house...BUT, it also starts to give-off a distinct "you're pushing me too hard" ozone-like stink. Kind of annoying and a little bit scary...I keep thinking I'm gonna blow her up.

Anybody else notice this?

You havent blown it up yet, lucky  but off topic, can you manually tell me what jimi's marshall settings are? my computer refuses to open the disk drive so fender fuse is out of question

The wife and kids were out of the house running errands...when that happens, I run and grab my guitar and wail for as long as I can before they get back.

Hi levinbravo,

Can you please send us an email with more specific detail regarding the smell you are describing? If you could include any steps or adjustments made before you notice it, etc. Thanks very much.

Best Regards,
