Fuse will not recognize my Mustang. Nothing, won't tweak, won't update firmware , nothing ?

What's up ?

First... what all have you done.. Have you installed the CD included with the AMP and you are connected via the included USB cable, correct :?: If so, and everythings installed, what version of Internet Explorer you using. req. IE 7 or greater and make sure
silverlight is installed correctly.

Thanks for the reply... did all that prior

re-booted my pc and it worked.... updated firmware...Fuse works fine now

Only issue now is distorted tone even on cleanest settings. Sounds great until a held note or chord decays, then it starts sounding fizzy/distorted. Tries 3 guitars, have it plugged in a clean power outlet, nothing else powered on the circuit. Nowhere near my pc monitor.

Service center is 3 miles away, I'll just take it in and let them deal with it.

Same thing with mine. I though they were all doing like this but it seems not the case.

That's normal with these AMPS... I actually LOVE that very subtle break-up/fuzz sound...even on Cleanest setting...like the Twin...reminds me of what I wish all
AMP did...sounds real, natural to me...more of a tube/valve feel that i've never
had with Solid State AMPS....but if your recording...you dont have to worry...your
not going to hear it thru the mix with backing track or if jamming with a light
pounding drummer...It should just enhance the over-all response of your playing
style.

but, yeah...then again if it bothers you that bad ..u know

In my case, no. I paid $99 for a whole lot of fun and a whole lot of tone! I can't complain for such a bargain. Otoh, if I want a really superb rich and creamy clean tone, I just plug my strat straight into my PRRI. Pure heaven.
