Post subject: Missing USB input

:? Just got my new Mustang II and the USB input is missing although there is a hole where it should be, has anyone else had this problem?

My MII headphone jack is loose and feels about ready to fall into the unit, but it's not missing.

I wonder if Fender is offering the instant 1-for-1 unit swapouts like they did on the old G-DECs. The sort of thing that makes you feel warm and fuzzy about Fender.

no ... Take it back for an exchange. You NEED that. Did your AMP come in
two boxes ? outer being brown and the inner being green ? if not .. your AMP
is probably a second-hand like mine ..only they sell'em new ... e.g. Somebody already bought ur AMP took it home kicked the shitte out of it than brought it back for refund ..phuckers prolly never even took a look at it b4 selling it to ya...... lol

The 1-to-1 exchanges are often made for used/returned/refurbished amps. Not acceptable in my book.

Actually it was brand new it came in 2 boxes all sealed. somebody at Fender must have been asleep the day my amp was made.

They should just do a swapout replacement. Just make sure you get a new one.
