Easy, within Fuse ... click Main Menu -> ->File -> Save preset as _ _ _ _ _

2. when i try to record with the included ableton software it has a sort of.... lag? i mean i play a note and then hear it 1 or 2 secs later? really hard to record!!!!! lol :/

Amplitude and Ableton ..
I haven't got that far yet ... looks like major geek work for me to deal with ..but I do want to Hit a simple Record button one day :o)

thank you!!!!!

Hi dmbb1239,

The lag you hearing is latency due most likely to high buffer settings. You can lower the buffer and the latency should be less noticeable. In Ableton Live, go to the audio prefs page and click the Hardware Setup button. This will display the ASIO setup screen. You should see a buffer slider at the bottom. Adjust all of your buffers as low as they will go without introducing artifacts to the audio. I hope that helps.

I cannot seem to be able to get my guitar to be recognized, when i am using live 8.2.1 which came with the Mustang I amp. Is there any kind of tricks to it?

P.S. I also have downloaded the asio drivers

dmbb1239- What are you using for output? Can you tell if things are being recorded late or are they being played back late?

girardfireman- Have you taken a look at the KB article regarding Mustang audio setup?

Hey John,

So yes, you did follow the steps in the article? I'm just trying to determine exactly what you've done so far. It sounds like your best bet would be to contact us directly. Troubleshooting ASIO/Audio related issues on the forum can be hit and miss.

You have to install Ableton that comes on the Mustang CD to record with.

Hi guys!
Just wondering.. Is that normal that my Mustang's Preset knob is harder to turn than than Mod knob which is harder to turn than the Dly/Rev knob? My master knob is also lighter to twist than the similar ones and the volume is jumps up to 2 (not so linear) when i turn it up. Sometimes the Mod sticks to the off position, but works well.

Everything else seems perfect, cool little amp! :wink:

Hey PSFour,

There shouldn't be much difference in the resistance of those knobs. Perhaps something is gunking up your knobs. How long have you had your amp?
