Hi Forum Members.
I am a newbie today, I bought my Fender Mustang II yesterday, and it looks good. I have not tried it out yet as Getting Over Flu Bug.
However Have Registered here to get help.
Q1. Using the FUSE software for Mustang II can I send the presets I download and ones I make myself onto the Mustang II Amp to play anywhere.

Q2. What use is the Amplitube software to me...

Q3. I know it is a Fender Site but I like Playing The Shadows / Hank Marvin Instrumentials. can anyone offer me
a Good Vox AC15 and Vox AC 30 presets.

sorry for questions but who else do I ask.
Thank You all

Ronnie

Yes .. definately .. you can over-write the current ones on your AMP with your home-made beauties or ones you download from the Fuse community.

If your not into Mixing tracks / Recording then you won't require them.

Someone should be able to help you on that or just search the Fuse database once ur feeling better and hopefully someones already picked up on that or you might be surprised and easily make the sound yourself.

Just so you know. On the AMP I think it says British 60's and in Fuse they call it British Sparkle 60's or something close which is a VOX ACx pull ..so far its my fav. as well.

sorry for questions but who else do I ask.
Thank You all

Hi Alinux

MANY Thanks for the reply... Getting better with this bug....Thanks
I hope I enjoy this Mustang II amp as I had a Vox VT 30 but could not get a decent Clean Sound from it, Plus I have the Pod 2 Multi Effects unit and the Yamaha Magicstomp Unit so I hope I can enjoy the wonders of Mustang II.

I was advised to buy Mustang II for the 12" speaker Sound which makes it Richer and full Tone.
I hope that is true. as Vox AC 15 0r AC 30 is a Tone I require along with Fender Reverb.. best of both worlds.

Thanks

Ronnie :D

I love the 12" speaker fender put in the amp .. and with a closed back .. it will sound much fuller than the VT 30 ... in fact the day I bought the Mustang II ..I went up to purchase a VT 50 ...and after trying both VT 30 which i thought at the time was a 12" speaker ..i noticed it sounded no-where as good as the Mustang ..and the VT 50 was better but after comparing it to the Mustang ..hands down Fender won ..and it was way cheaper too ...then the guy explained the amp goes further than that when we hook it to a computer ..so i bought it .. I love the tone range at low volume ... feels like its cranked up ..sound so cool for such a tiny AMP .. way better than my
Crate Palomino V16 Tube amp .. I cant stand Crate or the Marshall now ..Mustang II wins for low volume playing ... I haven't cranked it up or played out in a band lately ..so i cant go there .. If anything ...it seems to get the ultimate Vox ACx sound ... its all I been playing with so far .. I tried recording a couple times ..but i cant get that to do anything ..i'm not techie enough yet ....but ..Yep .. have fun :D

Hi aLinux

Once again Thanks for your time writing to my thread.
It is nice to know that you understand what I am trying to say about Sound quality with the 12" Speaker Fender Mustang II against Vox VT 30, and as you wrote you tried the Vox VT 50,and preferred the Mustang II,,,

I am not against the Vox Amps ..as 25yrs ago I had a 1960`s Vox AC 30, but foolishly when the Band I was in Broke up I sold it for a Small amount.. stupid me !. so I know the Vox AC 30 was Good.
The Mustang II I hope can create a Good AC 15 tone for early SHADOWS numbers and a Good AC 30 for older 60`s music.

Playing around with FUSE I look forward to creating great tones and playing the Amp ( Mustang II ) as soon as this virus Flu leaves me.

I enjoy your comments aLinux and THANK YOU again.

The 12" Speakers offers more Tone and Quality against 8" or 10" speakers, I wont be gigging my Amp but just want the best Sound and Tone and FENDER seem to have done that from all Reviews and Comments I have read.

regards

Ronnie

Hi

I Just turned on my Mustang II for the first time tonight and updated FUSE software.. I thought the Amp has a Great Sound from the little time I spent trying it out.
I tried some of the User Presets on Forum and thought the Quality was very Good.
I look forward to getting deeper into the Mustang II for better tones.Has anyone here tried the Line 6 POD 2 with this Amp.
What Amp tone is advised to use a POD 2 or any other Multi Effects unit and should the Cabinet be turned off the Mustang II when using other Multi Effects units.

Thanks

Ronnie
