Has anyone noticed a distinct noise on the Twin setting - especially with any effects inserted? After initial pick attack I hear a hum to buzz sound that comes in and slowly fades. I do not experience this with other models just the Twin.

Many of the dirt models sound harsh and buzzy. This is all from sitting in front of the amp (speaker and headphones). No update or Fuse involvement as of yet. Wondering if I have a lame Mustang.

Any feedback appreciated.

Ope! and I had my amp in the box all nicely tucked away .. Now a reason
to plug-in again

Kay ..since I've only REALLY been focused on British 60's settings ..I'll try the Twin now ..Yellow bank yes a slight warm Tube (buzz, maybe in ur words) sound at the default setting (maybe a reg. Twin sound ..i dunno).. seems normal but to get rid of it of Gainy sound turn the GAIN/Volume off in Fuse and turn ur AMPS Volume up the most ..maybe 3/4's or 1/2 way then start adding Volume from the Fuse panel I guess .. Unless its an EXTREMELY over-powering Buzz sound ..then you may need to update the firmware since that fixes things including the built-in tuner perhaps or if it still persists ..take it back to dealer and compare it to other Mustangs and/or have them exchange the AMP if it is indeed a fault ..but i think the firware update will take care of it.

I use the Twin Reverb as a platform for my pedals. I don't experience any excess noise or hum. I agree, do the firmware upgrade.

That depends what version of FUSE you're running?

For now, the best version to use with an M-Floor is FUSE 2.6.1.45.

But that will just get you different/better FUSE features, it won't affect the sound coming out of the amp.

Hi Big Al 1964,

We will be happy to assist. It seems that scott-uk has provided some great support, thanks scott-uk. We have a v.2.7.1.40 pre-release build of the Fender Fuse software available (see link below) that contains some new fixes and features. We would recommend that you upgrade to this version and let us know if this helps resolve the issues you are seeing. Please keep us posted and let us know if we can assist further.
