I've been working on getting a good high gain tone and thanks to Fuse I've found that possible on my Mustang II. However I've isolated a problem. I have changed the Sag and Bias to find my tone. I'm working with the American 90's Amp and I have the Sag full left and the Bias set just a little higher than 9 o'clock and it sounds great. Then I leave and come back to the patch and even though the knob shows the Bias position at above 9 the audio represents the knob at noon. As soon as I move the knob the slightest up or down the sound readjusts itself to represent its current position. If I'm playing with my computer hooked up I can adjust but when I disconnect and change rooms its a little disappointing as it doesn't sound right when I power on. I've tried shutting everything down, on and off..etc and it still does it. I have not tested this against other amps models yet to see if the problem persists there as well. I would really appreciate it if you could please address this in the next FUSE and Firmware update.

Thank you

I still haven't tested this myself but ..in case .. I hope they read it and have it fixed for the next upgrade.

Yes, as stated in my post I saved it. I posted the patch onto the forums and downloaded it onto my dad's Mustang I and it continues to do it on his as well.

I have since sold my Mustang II as it just wasn't working out for me. It simply did not like my guitar with Active EMG no matter what I did. I got a Tube Vypyr instead and it handles the actives way better. The Twin setting on the Vypyr sounds better than the Twin on the Mustang. The gain is not even comparable. As other people have said, if the Mustang doesn't like your pickups its not gonna work.

I still find the Mustang to be an amazing amp and my dads guitar works great with his MI and I hope the software fix is updated as the patch sounds better on his as well when I hook the computer up. While the Vypyr is the amp I needed with my setup I was still pretty sad the Mustang II didn't work out when I returned it.

Fender fixed it ...firmware v1.5.0 did it. I started fooling around with the BIAS knob lastnight.. and made sure it saves fine.
