So I just got my Mustang I amp today, but I couldn't find the authorization code for AmpliTube Fender LE and Ableton live. I've checked the whole package thoroughly. Anyone has the same problem? :(

Hello MS06S,

Welcome to the Fender forums. You can redeem your serials for the third-party apps by registering a Fender FUSE Community account. You can do this at http://fuse.fender.com. Once you register and add your amp to the account, you will notice a green redeem now button. Click that to redeem your software serials. Please let me know if you have any problems.

Hi Loren,

I picked up a Mustang II at Guitar Center that was on display, and they'd lost the box w/ software manual, etc.

Is there a link where I can get these?

Thanks

Hey Theloniusk,

You can find the manuals at this link:
http://www.fender.com/support/article.php?kb_id=178
You can download Fender FUSE here:
http://www.fender.com/support/article.php?kb_id=48

If you send your contact info to TSL@fender.com I can get a DVD sent out to you Monday.

Hi, IKM have a finicky reg, you can't type it in, and can only cut-paste
one section at a time, plus, I registered a different product last night, and had to paste things in the sections from right to left, instead of left to right.
Give it another go or two, be creative, and it will likely work. Use a different web browser if needed. Also, they just sent out a new product, and are folding in a new improved registration system, could be buggy. In the meantime, this is an even better ampsim, and its free, no reg, fine sounds, and great flexibility using 'frankenAmp to create new gear:

Cheers

Hi Alun,

I'm sorry you're experiencing issue with getting AmpliTube Fender LE authorized. We would need some more info from you in order to get this resolved. Is there any way you can contact us by phone? If not, please send us your contact info and we'll get in touch with you.

Hi Loren;
I have already done this and I'm trying to locate my serial numbers.
Do I need to call Fender?
Or is there a way to go into my history/preferences in my Fuse account?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,

If you've added your amp to your Fender FUSE Community account you should have that green redeem button available in My Profile. If you don't please give us a call so we can get you access to those serials.
