You need a Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter and also a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm stereo cable. Plug the lightning end into the phone. Plug the 3.5mm cable from the other end of the adapter to the amp.

Thank you. My Fender Mustang 1 v.2 amp has a mini USB female port for phone connection. My amp came with a male adapter for small USB to male 2.0 USB.

So I will need a 2.0 USB female adapter converter cable to a 3.5mm aux audio male AND also a lightening 3.5mm female headphone jack adapter to fit my iPhone 10? Is this correct?

Nah, the USB port on the Mustang Amp is for connecting it to a computer so you can use (discontinued) Fender Fuse software. I think what you're looking to do is play music on your phone and have it come out of the amp speaker, right?

The only port your iPhone 10 has on it is that Lightning port for charging. So first you connect this adapter to the Lightning port on the iPhone:

Then all you need is a 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male cable to connect from the adapter to the AUX input on the amp.

Can I use my iPhone 10 to download the fender fuse software to amp Or must it be a laptop computer?

Fender Fuse software is for Windows and MAC only (laptop or desktop).

There is an app called Remuda but I believe that was only for Android OS (no iPhone).

Fender Mustang v1 and v2 have been replaced by Mustang GT. The new GT line has an app called Tone, but it doesn't work with the older models. You are basically out of luck with v1/v2 Mustang amps unless you connect a PC or MAC via USB cable. And even then, Fender Fuse is no longer supported so if you have a problem, you are on your own as far as fixing it.
