Hey everyone. I have a Mustang 3 v.2 and am having a problem with it that I wonder if anyone has seen or experienced before and can help troubleshoot. I have tried resetting the firmware by holding exit while powering up and I have also tried using FUSE to update the firmware but my PC doesn't recognize when I plug the amp into it. The problem is I can turn the amp on and I hear some hiss from the speaker and the LCD screen lights up. If I plug a guitar in I get no sound despite having the volume knob up. The LCD screen is lit up but displays no text at all. Also, the rubber buttons on the bottom and right side of the LCD screen do not illuminate when pressed. Has anyone seen this before and possibly know what the problem is? Thank you in advance!

I think you should contact a specialist! If you have already set it down then don't try "HARD RESET" and the rest! Software upgrades are PC, ... net ..., and software ... and expertise. I think so.

For lack of a technical term, it sure sounds like it's "fried". It's a cheap amp. If you liked it, just buy another second hand. Disposable tech.
