Hello.
I bought a Mustang II used off a local guy.
When I went to Fuse to register it, I guess it was registered in his name, as it doesn't appear to want me to override his email.
The previous owner has moved and no way to get hold of him.
Any ideas on how I can register in my name?

I am also in this situation as I bought a Mustang amp from a charity outlet. I have emails support on 4th February asking for help but no answer :( They do however send me a Fender Mailshot every other day :(

As for the blurb at the top of the support page "Live Chat" it simply does not exist! This is my first ever Fender product albeit used, and not impressed at all with support.

There are several companies I know who are much more responsive
to a phone call, than e-mail. Fender may have joined those ranks.
I know it's a sad case, but worth a few bucks if on a land line,
and worth a while on hold if cellular.
Let us know if you find POL

Also, there is a debian/ubuntu linux Mustang editor called
'mustang-plug'.

https://www.linuxjournal.com/content/pl ... er-mustang

https://packages.debian.org/sid/sound/mustang-plug

I t presents the several aspects of Mustang capabilities as
several small qt gui's, but it works. There is a bootable linux
called avlinux, that comes pre-configured for audio,
that Mustangs work well with.
About a three-hour 'ordeal' for a typical win/mac user
to download avlinux, burn the iso image to dvd, boot the dvd from the
computer 'early boot' menu, youtube/study the package manager
gui basics (it's called 'synaptic') and install 'Plug'.

Or mustang-plug can be downloaded and installed simply
from a linux terminal window,

sudo dpkg -i name-of-plug-package.deb

(using sudo dpkg will prompt you to enter
the avlinux root user password, and terminal output
will notify you if command success was not achieved. )

Also, maybe someone can check their windows registry
for Fuse entries, and post them, as Fuse was free software,
and it shouldn't be illegal to share such info, should it exist.
Cheers
