Never had any problem before but my computer no longer recognizes my amp.
Specifically the drivers don show up in Device manager under HID, Sound or serial Bus controllers.
Done all the usual uninstall reboot re-install yadda yadda but no dice. Is this ready for the can? Seems a shame .
Is there anywhere to find the drivers and install them manually? Fender is no help. Any thoughts most appreciated. BTW, this is occurring on all my computers and laptops. Tnx in advance

that is an indication that the problem has nothing to do with the computer or the program. Did you try a different USB cable?

Yep, good cable. Really disappointing as the amp works great, but being able to tweak with fuse was the reason I bought it. Still can't figure out why the drivers don't show up in Device manager as these would load from the fuse software. Have Mesa and other tube amps just had a lot of fun with the Mustang. Maybe time to look at a Katana.

You could try:

1. Back up your presets
2. Factory restore the amp
3. Restore the backup to the amp

Other than that, could be the USB port on the amp is damaged.

I'm beginning to wonder if it is a bad USB port on the amp. It's never been banged or had the cable jerked out .
Can anybody explain why I can't see the drivers in device manager? Aren't they part of the fuse software? Shouldn't I be able to see them whether the amp is connecting or not?

One thing I have found that I can solve is I went into fuse and went to the drivers folder. There is a "Wizard " app to load the drivers. When I start the app it starts up then lists the 3 drivers and shows status "FAILED" with no explanation. I tried doing this on a laptop and desktop with different downloads of Fuse with the same result. This kind of thing drives me crazy... I can't give up!!
