hi, i just bought the pp mini and check that the levels of acoustic presets are too low (i barely can hear something playing in my room). I tried two different acoustic guitars (taylor with expression system 1 and an epiphone with esonic2) and can't see no difference between them.

Is there's something wrong with my piece or this is normal?

I don’t have a Passport so not sure, but you may get better answers in the Passport section of this forum:

Mini Passport is more Mustang than Passport, for what that may be worth. Yes, I agree the levels for acoustic are absurdly low. Best I could do was to put an equalizer ahead of input and use it as a booster
