I have the amp, from quite some time; I usually used my laptop to plug it into Fender Fuse. Now I'm trying to plug it into my new laptop, which runs on Windows 10, and it doesn't recognizes the amp. Windows itself installs the amp drivers and all, which I can see in device manager, but FENDER FUSE, states that the amp is not plugged in.
Much HELP NEEDED. thanks to all

Do not rely on Win10 to install the ASIO driver. Install it yourself and you should have success.

Scroll to Support at the bottom of Fender.com, got to Fuse support. The search function on that page also brings up Asio.

You can download the ever helpful manual for the amp while there if you do not have a copy.

Hope this helps.

If the amp is already on when you start Fuse, Fuse will not see the amp. Just unplug the USB cable from your computer and plug it back in, turn the amp off and back on, or just start Fuse first before turning on the amp. Any of those will work.

I would call or email Fender directly for support. Then if you would be so kind, it would be great if you could post the resolution here on the forum.
